Used Taylor 314s have arrived! A super rare non-cutaway model created during a transitional period when X-bracing was introduced! In terms of sound, the X-bracing sound is particularly noteworthy for its impressive sound pressure! If V-bracing is described as being easy to play and having a bright tone, then this instrument with X-bracing can be said to have a deep, impactful, and powerful sound. The balance between each string, from the 6th to the 1st, is excellent, so even when playing in a strumming style, the sound doesn't feel muddy. The large body size and the thin satin finish on the back contribute to a solid, resonant sound. The dense, weighty tone is incredibly satisfying to play! Regarding the condition of this instrument, there were traces of repaired adhesive from a detached bridge, so it has been thoroughly cleaned at our affiliated repair workshop. There are signs of wear typical of its age, such as wear on the fret tops, small dents throughout, and tarnishing around the tuning pegs, but there are no problems with playability. How about the bargain "314"?-SPEC- Top: Sitka Spruce Back & Side: Sapele Neck: Tropical Mahogany Bracing: X-Bracing Binding: Black Plastic Fretboard: Ebony Headstock Overlay: Ebony Body Finish: Gloss/Satin Nut/SaddleTusq/Micarta Tuners: Taylor Nickel Fretboard Inlay:Gemstone, Italian Acrylic Peghead Inlay:Gemstone, Italian Acrylic Rosette: 3 Ring Black Plastic Scale: 25 1/2 Neck Width: 1 3/4 Body Length: 20 Body Width: 16 Body Depth: 4 5/8 Hard case included
