Little Pups & Dawgs (Grades 1–4) A Fun & Safe Introduction to Football Little Pups & Dawgs is designed for boys and girls in Grades 1–4 who want to learn the game of flag football in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Athletes will build confidence, learn football fundamentals, improve athletic skills, make new friends, and develop a love for the game through exciting drills, games, and teamwork. Girls Summer Strength & Speed (Ages 12–18) Get Faster. Get Stronger. Get Ready. Designed for female athletes in all sports, this program focuses on building speed, strength, explosiveness, and confidence. Athletes can participate in supervised strength training, outdoor speed development, and free football skills sessions (optional) while preparing for their upcoming sports season in a positive, high-energy training environment. Our Boys Summer Strength & Speed Program helps athletes become stronger, faster, and more explosive through supervised weight training, speed development, and coaching.
