You can also create a sustained, distorted sound by turning up all the knobs. The effects are obtained in the order of reverb → compression, so as the reverb decays, the compression is pushed back and blends well with the other sounds. At the same time, the three knobs instantly change the depth, texture, and oscillation, allowing you to create a warm, melancholic, overcast soundscape—as if you were using a modulation effect pedal in conjunction with the reverb alone.
