Tatami Stick Bag These stick bags are handcrafted one by one by artisans at Oda Tatami Shop, a long-established tatami shop in Nara Prefecture with over 120 years of history and run by the fourth generation of the family. Purely made in Japan. This tatami mat surface uses a new material made by twisting machine-made washi paper (made from wood fiber raw materials) into a cord shape, coating it with resin, and then weaving it on a loom.
