☆Used item☆ We have received a used Craviotto snare drum. As this is a used item, there are signs of wear such as dents, fingerprints, and scratches on the shell surface. This appe ars to be a model made at the California factory before its relocation, and likely constructed using materials selected by John Claviotto. Founded by the late Johnny Claviotto, a world-renowned master craftsman of single-ply shell drums, the Claviotto Drum Company produces drums with solid (single-ply) shells, which are completely different from ply shells. Using only the finest materials personally selected by Mr. Claviotto without any compromise, these drums feature a beautifully thin oil finish to maximize shell resonance, meticulously crafted tubular lugs, and Claviotto's original snare wires. Each drum is handmade by a small team of highly skilled craftsmen, elevating its craft to a level that can truly be called a work of art. This snare drum boasts the solid core sound characteristic of a solid shell, offering excellent articulation and responsiveness, while also possessing the rich, warm mid-low range sound unique to birch. This model features a standard 5.5-inch depth.
