Duesenberg Starplayer TV Fullerton This archtop guitar features a semi-hollow body cons truction and is equipped with a selection of P-90 type single-coil pickups and original humbuckers. The body size is slightly larger than a Les Paul, making it a comfortable and easy-to-play style. Featuring maple for the sides and back to produce a clear and smooth tone, and spruce for the top, known for its rich and acoustic tone, this guitar boasts a wide-ranging, full sound with a unique sharpness and solid, resonant feel, resulting in a cool sound unlike any other. The rear pickup is a humbucker, delivering a powerful and edgy sound, while the front pickup, a P-90 style pickup, produces a thick yet crisp, clear, and punchy sound. This makes it incredibly versatile for a wide range of playing styles, from aggressive riffs and chord playing to cutting and soloing, while also offering a distinctive sound with a vintage feel. Bigsby-style tremolo units are characterized by their subtle vibrato and unique tension, and their look also evokes a retro feel. Furthermore, all Duesenberg guitars and basses undergo processing using another innovative German product – the "Plek" fret dressing machine – guaranteeing perfect fret height and shape. The frets are cut to fit each neck using computer processing with precision down to 1/100th of a millimeter. The Plek system eliminates string buzz and gives your instrument a great feel and sound.
