"Ospreys typically employ two methods of catching fish. "The first is their signature move, what they are known for: a full-speed graceful crash, talons first, into the water, as t hey spear their prey. The second is what I refer to as 'eagle style' or pluck-and-go, where they emulate an eagle that never stops flying as they pluck their unsuspecting prey from the waters below.
