KerraMax Care® Non-adhesive wound dressing is a super-absorbent primary or secondary dressing, suitable for chronic and acute wounds, that helps to improve wound healing. Locking i n exudate: It locks potentially unhealthy exudate, including MMPs, inside the dressing so it doesn't leak or drip, and is dry to the touch, that improves patient comfort and helps to prevent maceration and surrounding skin problems. Comforts: Soft, non-woven material on both sides helps to provide comfort for the patient, along with excellent transpiration. Wicks: Unique horizontal wicking layer effectively increases capacity and reduces pressure points by distributing both thin and thicker exudate throughout the dressing. Absorbs and locks: Super-absorbent core locks in exudate, bacteria and MMPs to reduce the risk of maceration and wound complications- even under compression, stackable to increase absorption for very wet wounds.
