Ethel Weiner Guttman This Mid Century charcoal and pastel nude figure on paper is by New York and Bay Area artist Ethel Weiner Guttman (1916-1990). Guttman studied at the National Academy of Art in NY in the 1930s and taught art in San Francisco. She exhibited at the SF Art Museum (now SFMOMA) Annual Exhibition and the Crocker Art Gallery in the 1940s.Mid 20th Century Charcoal & Pastel on Paper 12.5"x17.5" framed, 6"x10" unframedFramed in a restored vintage wood frame with a black finish and a gold wash using 8-ply archival matting behind conservation clear glass.
