Rather than attempting to compare comics against third-party grading companies such as CGC or CBCS, our grading is designed to provide clear, consistent expectations for the comics we supply. The Pre-Order Supplied Condition below explains the quality standard you can expect from our pre-orders. A full explanation of each condition grade can be found later in this listing. PRE-ORDER SUPPLIED CONDITION Every comic supplied against this pre-order is individually assessed upon arrival. Copies meeting our expected standard are then bagged and boarded before dispatch. We always aim to supply Very Fine / Near Mint (VF/NM) copies wherever possible. However, as comics pass through the publisher, distributor and shipping process before reaching us, minor handling or manufacturing imperfections can occur. For this reason, our expected supplied standard for pre-orders is Very Fine Plus (VF+) or better. Within our VF+ standard, this may include up to two or three light spine ticks or other very minor cosmetic imperfections. Comics supplied as VF+ will not display corner dings, creasing or significant edge wear. Should the best available copy fail to meet our VF+ standard, we'll contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. MANAGING YOUR ORDERS Orders placed separately using the same customer name and delivery address may be combined before dispatch where practical. Spooky Electro Condition Guide About Our Grading: Every comic is individually quality checked before dispatch. Our grades are designed to provide clear and consistent expectations before you buy. Independent Grading: These grades are unique to Spooky Electro and are not intended to be directly comparable with CGC or CBCS. ● VF/NM: Our highest standard. Little to no visible handling or manufacturing imperfections. ● VF+: Minor spine ticks or light manufacturing imperfections may be present, but corner dings, creasing and significant edge wear are not expected. ● VF: Noticeable handling or manufacturing imperfections, such as multiple spine ticks, minor corner dings, light edge wear or slight cover waviness. ● FN: More noticeable cosmetic imperfections, such as corner creasing, multiple spine ticks, edge wear, cover waviness or age-related yellowing.
