From Italian designer deadstock, this is a medium weight wool double basketweave. It is semi-opaque with a slightly open weave, some body in the drape and no stretch. The 'painterl y floral' design (17.5" repeat) is printed in moody pastel blues, spring green and light dove gray on a cream base (PANTONE 18-3920, 12-4607, 16-0435, 11-0806, etc.). Perfect for a sheath dress, skirt, jacket, etc. It has a bohemian, romantic look that is quite beautiful! Some styles may need lining.
