Hugh Wiley This 1966 sketch is by Northern California artist Hugh Wiley (1922-2013). Wiley studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and in Mexico City under Carlos Meri da. He showed at the NYC Bertha Schaeffer Gallery and taught art at California College of the Arts (formerly CCAC) from 1965-1984. 1966 Ink on Paper 10.5"x8" unframed Estate stamped lower right.
