Solid Technora sheath Personal Escape Rope for those who prefer solid aramid sheath PERs. Technora has two distinct advantages over traditional aramid fibers: it has a higher decom position temperature (934 degrees F) and it has better flex fatigue resistance so there is less loss of strength over time.
