You can do two days i n a row, or spread out the lessons over weeks. This is our most popular option. In this course, you will learn what you need to be a self-sufficient. You will become proficient in the fundamentals to safely practice and enjoy the sport on your own. Lessons can be spread out over multiple days or multiple weeks.
