9 Seconds Water Treatment DIRECTIONS:Shampoo your hair as normal, towel dry to get any of the access water out of your hair. Apply the 9 seconds water treatment to the middle and e nds of your hair, avoid contact with the roots as this may cause your hair to go oily, massage it in for 9 seconds. The product is water based but as soon as you activate it, it will become more of a gel based product.
