The shipping zones and corresponding rates are determined by the driving distance calculated using the Google Maps API, from the warehouse to the destination address. If your order contains a mixture of Freight and Ground-eligible products, the order will default to Freight, and no additional Ground shipping charges will be applied. REFUND & RETURNS As an authorized dealer of Boxo USA, we uphold their official policy.
