Made from a prime selection of the indigenous Primitivo grapes, this wine is the Cellar King. Made from grapes harvested after careful over-ripening, and vinified exclusively in th e ancient cisterns with concrete plaster, dug under the cellar and equipped with temperature control. Ruby red in colour, with notes of black berries. On the palate it is full, with a good balance of tannin and acidity. At 14% ABV it is ideal with pasta dishes, roasted red meat and aged cheeses.
