We think the standard foot gear-shifter is too petite, too short and too thin in a diameter. Our aluminium, cylindrical gear-shift extension, which is a whole 23 mm longer than the original, is very easily pushed over the standard lever and is firmly clamped in place. This change not only makes switching gears noticeably easier, but more comfortable too. This means added operating reliability, especially in situations where it’s key.
