Forrest HibbitsThis early-mid century ink and charcoal on paper abstracted nude line drawing with a scene of a road and trees in the center is by California artist Forrest Hibbits (1905-1996). Hibbits graduated from the California College of Arts and Crafts. He exhibited at SFMOMA, the de Young Museum, the Oakland Museum of Art, and the Legion of Honor.
