From Italy, this is a lovely printed viscose challis with a subtle twill weave and a super soft hand. It is an opaque blouse/dress weight with a soft drape and it's stable in both directions. The pretty "nouveau floral" design (4.75" repeat) is printed in magenta, whisper pink, arctic blue and white on a soft black background (PANTONE 18-3339, 13-4809, 13-1406, etc.).
