This wonderful cotton/spandex print is imported from The Netherlands, and the quality of the fabric is sublime. The 'ebb and flow' design has a 10" repeat, and features ocean waves in a range of light and dark shades of blue and aqua (PANTONE 13-4404, 19-3936, 17-4131, etc.).
