Flt3 ligand is a growth factor that regulates the proliferation of early hematopoietic cells and binds to cells expressing the tyrosine kinase receptor Flt3.Flt3 ligand does not stimulate early hematopoietic cell proliferation on its own, but works synergistically with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation.
