Flt3-Ligand is a growth factor that regulates the proliferation of early hematopoietic cells. It primarily acts on short-term hematopoietic stem cells and multipotent progenitor cells, prompting them to rapidly enter the cell cycle for expansion. By itself, it does not stimulate the proliferation of early hematopoietic cells, but rather acts synergistically with other cytokines to induce growth and differentiation. SCF (Stem Cell Factor) is a hematopoietic growth factor that exerts its activity by signaling through the c-Kit receptor. It can effectively inhibit the programmed cell death of HSCs in vitro. IL-6 (Interleukin-6) has a core role as a potent co-stimulatory factor.
