Mrs. Doubtfire is what we would call a modern classic. It is delightfully quotable in almost every scene and although some may see it as problematic, seen through the lens of the t ime, it holds up. That is solely due to the fact that Robin Williams was a comedic genius and approached everything without malice and with a youthful exuberance.
