It contains Phe19-Lys379. Molecular Weight Approximately 41.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-100 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Anti-CD30 Antibody, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Storage The product should be stored at -20~-80℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3-6 months, -20~-80℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
