Specifications Source Cynomolgus CD30/TNFRSF8 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ala27-Pro394.[Accession | A0A2K5VW07] Molecular Weight Th e protein has a predicted MW of 39.86 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-105 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
