It contains Ser45-Pro195.[Accession | O55237] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 43.41 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-60 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result. Endotoxin 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE and HPLC Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Mouse CD27, mFc Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
