It contains Thr20-Ala143.[Accession | Q01151-1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 40.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
