Protective Board Connection Battery Wiring Important Note: Use matching cables as wire standards may vary among manufacturers. Pay attention to B- and P- marks as line colors can differ. Attention: Do not insert the cable into the BMS when welding sampling wire cable. Connect the total negative electrode B- from the fine black line. The second wire (red wire) is connected to the positive pole of the first string of batteries. Connect the positive electrode of each string of batteries in turn until reaching the last wire of the total positive B+. After connecting the cable, measure the voltage between each two adjacent metal terminals on the plug's back. Voltages should be: - Ternary lithium battery: 3.0~4.15V - Iron-lithium battery: 2.5~3.6V - Lithium titanate battery: 1.8-2.8V Connect the BMS B-line (blue thick line) to the total battery negative electrode (B-line length should not exceed 40cm). Insert the wire cable into the BMS. Post-Wiring Check if the voltage of battery B+, B- is equal to B+ and P- voltage. They should be equal for normal BMS functioning. If not, recheck the wiring configuration. Connecting the positive electrodes: Charge and discharge ends directly connect to the total positive pole B+ of the battery; same port BMS connects charging and discharging negative poles to the P- point; branch BMS connects charging negative to C-, discharge negative to P-.
