It contains Gln20-Glu351.[Accession | XP_015304775.2] Source The protein has a predicted MW of 40.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Cynomolgus GFRAL, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Cynomolgus GDF15, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 3.6ng/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PB, 0.4M NaCl (pH 6.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 20mM PB, 0.4M NaCl (pH 6.0). Storage The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
