Specifications Source Mouse CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 Trimer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with monomeric hFc tag at the N-terminal. It contains Met112-Leu260.[Accession | P27548] Mole cular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 75.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 76-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Mouse CD40, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate.
