Specifications Source Human NGAL/Lipocalin-2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln21-Gly198.[Accession | P80188-1] Molecular Weight The p rotein has a predicted MW of 47.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-52 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Source Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE and HPLC Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Human NGAL, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate.
