Uranine is a yellow, green fluorescent water-soluble dye. It is used for leak testing of walls, pipes and tanks. The fluorescence can be observed particularly well under illuminati on with a black light. The stability of Uranine suffers when exposed to sunlight and to a pH < 7. We recommend a concentration of 1 g / 1000 l water. Show more
