Source Recombinant Human CD5L Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ser20-Gly347.[Accession | O43866] Molecular Weight The protein has a pred icted MW of 37.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE> 95% as determined by HPLC Formulation Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PBS, 360mM NaCl (pH 7.4).
