Product Properties Synonyms ITGA2&ITGB1;α2β1; ITGA2 Source Mouse Integrin alpha 2 beta 1(ITGA2&ITGB1) Heterodimer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. I t contains Tyr27-Thr1129(ITGA2) acidic tail & Gln21-Asp728(ITGB1) basic tail.[Accession | Q62469(ITGA2)&P09055-1(ITGB1)] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 126.60 kDa(ITGA2)&82.80 kDa(ITGB1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 128-138 kDa(ITGA2)&105-115 kDa(ITGB1) based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Storage The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
