Clyde F. Seavey Sr. This 1938-40 ink on paper cityscape drawing is by San Francisco artist Clyde Follett Seavey (1904-1991). Seavey studied at UC Berkeley and California College of Arts & Crafts. He was a commercial artist for magazines such as The American Weekly. He was also a member of the Artists Club, Artists & Art Directors Club, and Advertising Club all in San Francisco and had many shows in San Francisco during the 1960s. 1938-40 Ink on Paper 15.25"x13.5" framed, 9"x7" unframed Signed in the right of the image area; estate stamped on the back. Excellent vintage condition. Framed in a restored vintage wood frame with a dark natural finish and gold inlay using archival matting behind conservation clear glass. Show more
