Clyde F. Seavey Sr. This 1920-40s ink on paper interior scene with a man at a desk is by San Francisco artist Clyde Follett Seavey (1904-1991). Seavey studied at UC Berkeley and Ca lifornia College of Arts & Crafts. He was a commercial artist for magazines such as The American Weekly.
