Mucosal addressin cell adhesion molecule-1 (MAdCAM-1) contributes to the recruitment of donor T cells into the mucosal tissues of the recipient after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (aHSCT). The aim of our study was to determine whether selected single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of the MADCAM1 gene are associated with development of serious complications after aHSCT. Specifications Cat.No. 96272ES25 / 96272ES60 / 96272ES76 Size 25 μg / 100 μg / 500 μg Components Name 96272ES25 96272ES60 96272ES76 Recombinant Cynomolgus MADCAM1 Protein,His Tag 25 μg 100 μg 500 μg Performance parameters Synonyms MAdCAM-1;MADCAM1;MACAM1 Species Cynomolgus Expression Sequence Gln22-Gln295 Accession XP_045235080.2 Tag C-His Expression System HEK293 Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 30.65 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and SEC-HPLC Endotoxin Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Appearance Lyophilized Powder Biological activity ELISA Data 1:Immobilized Cynomolgus MADCAM1, His Tag at 0.5 μg/ml (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-MADCAM1 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 3.8 ng/mL determined by ELISA. Reconstitution Method Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. For vials containing 25 μg or 100 μg, we recommend reconstituting to a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. For larger quantities (500 μg or 1 mg), a concentration of 1 mg/mL is suggested. During reconstitution, avoid vigorous vortexing or shaking. Aliquot the reconstituted solution as needed and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Storage Store at -25 to -15°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt; once reconstituted, store at -85 to -65°C where it remains stable for 3 months, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Notes 1.
