Goons is a design studio based in Paris. Focusing on artisanal approach, the atelier is dedicated to exploring simple unique concepts executed with precision. The Original Stool wa s the first piece to come out of the studio. Organically geometric and inherently intriguing, its components were carefully arranged and finished to create a singular stool/side table. Each recreation of the Original Stool is unique by nature, made from reclaimed architectural wood. Rather than relying on an archived drawing, we re-template and redraw the original each time to create a physical expression of the studio’s beginnings. This approach ensures the design remains undiluted and retains its original allure. The size and finish/color are customizable. Show more
