Clyde F. Seavey Sr. This 1920-30s charcoal and pastel on paper portrait study is by San Francisco artist Clyde Follett Seavey (1904-1991). Seavey studied at UC Berkeley and Califor nia College of Arts & Crafts. He was a commercial artist for magazines such as The American Weekly.
