Clyde F. Seavey Sr. This 1920-1930's charcoal on paper figure drawing is by San Francisco artist Clyde Follett Seavey (1904-1991). Seavey studied at UC Berkeley and California Coll ege of Arts & Crafts. He was a commercial artist for magazines such as The American Weekly.
