The Amazon rainforest is alive. Whether it's the election of the king of the jungle, a bare struggle for survival, or the search for treasures, there is always something happening. Set off on an adventure filled with discovery and fun! You will be accompanied by a wise sloth, a clever macaque, a lazy tapir, a colorful parrot, a just jaguar, and many other animal inhabitants of the jungle. Your new friends know that while everywhere is good, home is best, that greed does not pay off, that wisdom and cleverness will take you the farthest, and that helping a friend in need is the most precious gift. Come and get to know them! Patrick M. Agot is a Guyanese writer, author of the book Myths and Legends of the Amazon. Jan Dungel is a biologist, painter, and traveler, who has illustrated many nature books for children and adults, including the book Karolínka and her Zoo published by Portál.
