What troubles today's thirty-somethings? An excess of stress, feelings of loneliness, or just the fact that they can't afford Hublot watches? Karla and Helena are brought together one summer afternoon by chance. Although they continue on their separate paths, fate brings them back together. They long for family, stability, and meaningful work. They muster the courage and decide to take a risk. They start a family business. But do they realize what obstacles associated with entrepreneurship they will have to face? How difficult is it to deal with the pitfalls of bureaucracy and laws in today's world? Exhausted but happy, they open the long-desired store. A satisfied customer is their greatest reward. And when things don't go well, there is still the belief that things will get better. Old Asher, the Jewish watchmaker from Letná, knew this too; without his ancient watches, Karel and Helena would have lost hope.
