The study discusses the issue of Marian apparitions and their significance for the present time. Attention is primarily devoted to five apparitions of the Virgin Mary: at La Salett e, Lourdes, Fatima, Turzovka, and Medjugorje. Here, the reader will find descriptions of the events themselves and their further development, characteristics of the personalities involved, and accounts of the fates of the visionaries, not to mention the content of the secrets, including the so-called third secret of Fatima, which the Vatican made public only in June 2000.
