More than 100 of his works can still be visited at about twenty of the original sites for which they were painted. This book aims to guide the reader-admirer along a Venetian itinerary that can be known and loved. Intelligent visitors will appreciate following the artist's stylistic journey and discovering the painter's itinerary for themselves, from his early, dramatic late-Baroque compositions to the more refined expressions of the precious eighteenth century.
