The embroidery process takes about 5-10 business days. Please make sure to order with this in mind to give enough time for production. It may not be possible to embroider in the desired position depending on the product. We will contact you in such cases. Please note that once embroidery has started, any changes, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not acceptable, so please be aware of this before completing your order. If you wish to purchase multiple items, please indicate which item you wish to embroider and on what item in the note of the order form. The size slightly changes depending on the picture and embroidery position. Sleeve embroidery is placed about 4–5 cm above the cuff. Shoulder placement is available upon request (about 4–5 cm below the sleeve seam) Collar placement is at our discretion unless otherwise specified. Upper back embroidery is placed about 6 cm below the collar. This option is not available for some items, such as those with lining. For custom placement, please contact us in advance.
