A beautifully crafted pair of 9 carat solid yellow gold hook earrings featuring an elegant combination of rubies and diamonds in a timeless setting. The 0.55 carat pear cut natural rubies measure 5.00 mm by 3.00 mm each and are securely claw set. They are a rich medium to bright red in colour depending on the light and contrast perfectly with the polished yellow gold frame. Adding to the glamour they also feature four small diamonds pave set into the earrings for a total diamond weight of 1.3 points. Although small they are effective stones. The earrings measure 20.70 mm from top to bottom including the fittings and 7.50 mm across (see image 3 for scale). The gold is stamped 9k (9 carat gold) & the earrings weigh a total of 1.32 grams.
