This design is based on an A-10 "Warthog" as flown by Capt. Kim "KC" Campbell of the 75th FS. Campbell was decorated for piloting her A-10 (which was assigned to 74th FS “Flying Ti gers") back to base in southern Iraq after taking heavy anti-aircraft artillery damage in aerial combat over Baghdad during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.
