A single-vineyard Grand Cru from a selected plot of ancient Chardonnay vines on the Chemin de Paradis in Avize, vines over 50 years old, harvested after meticulous maturity monitoring. Vinified in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation, preserving every nuance of the terroir. This cuvée is also a tribute to the Boatas family history and their ancestors' work. Recognised by the Guide Hachette des Vins 2025 with one star: «Vin Très Réussi». Tasting notes: On the nose: complex, fine and racé — lemon citrus, fresh and candied exotic fruits, and chalky, salty minerality. On the palate: very fresh and tonic, sharp and precise, with ripe citrus persisting alongside notes of flaked almonds, lemon zest and a saline finish. Food pairing: A racé, elegant and refined cuvée.
