What you receive Every sample order contains two A4 pieces (21 × 29.7 cm) — one of each material we print on, so you can compare them side by side in your own light before ordering a full mural. Premium – 230 g/m² — the thinner piece. Woven fabric, matte finish, hung with wallpaper paste. No adhesive on the back. Peel & Stick – 370 g/m² — the thicker piece. Self-adhesive backing, no glue or tools needed. The print colour is identical on both materials. Only the surface texture and the way you hang it differ. How to compare them Hold both against your wall and look at them at different times of day — daylight and lamplight change how the colours read. Compare the weight and texture. The 370 g/m² is noticeably thicker and hides minor wall imperfections better. If you only want to judge colour and texture, hold the pieces up or fix them with low-tack masking tape. You do not need to use the adhesive to do this. Before you stick the self-adhesive piece to a wall The Peel & Stick sample carries the same real adhesive used on full orders. On some wall finishes it can lift paint when it is removed. Do not apply it to a wall painted within the last 4 weeks. Fresh paint has not fully cured and will come away with the adhesive. Take care with chalky or matte-emulsion paint, lime-wash, low-grade paint, and previously papered walls. Start in an inconspicuous spot, press it down lightly rather than firmly, and peel it away slowly at a shallow angle — not straight out from the wall. Not sure whether your wall is suitable?
